The buildings are in Mediterranean style, with stone dressed facades perfectly in tune with the environment, and blend in with the setting. There is a central service facility and many villas nestled in green spaces. The hotel is set deep in a rich unspoilt natural environment and the air is rich with the scents of rockroses, myrtle and olive trees, which in Sardinian are given the name 'ollastu' and hence the name of the hotel.
