Location
The Melià Olbia Resort is located only 8 km from the airport and 15 km from the famous Costa Smeralda and Il Pevero Golf Club. From Olbia it is possible to visit the Island of Tavolara, the town of Tempio Pausania, San Teodoro and the Arcipelago of La Maddalena (1 hour by boat); but also The Gennargentu Natural Park (80 km) and the old harbour of Alghero.

Hotel
The Melià Olbia Resort is a modern hotel located in the North-East coast of Sardinia and it is surrounded by 20 hectares of natural vegetation, close both to the luxurious beaches of the Costa Smeralda and the city centre of Olbia. Thanks to its strategic position and the variety of its facilities, this hotel offers the right combination between relax and enjoyment. It has been built on a gentle hill and offers among its services a huge sport centre for professional swimmers and tennis players as well as a SPA centre.

Rooms
All the 219 rooms are spacious, bright and elegant and have functional areas. The main building has 155 comfortable standard rooms, including 4 Junior Suites, 1 Presidential Suite and 1 Family Suite. 64 rooms are located in the park and they are built in the traditional Italian villas style; 5 of them have a private garden and indoor and outdoor whirlpools. All rooms are equipped with bathroom, air-conditioning, sat-TV, direct dial telephone, internet access, mini-bar, 24-hour room service.

Restaurants
The Buffet-style Tavolara Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Molara is a à la carte restaurant and it serves international cuisine. Il Mirto Restaurant, open for lunch and dinner, is in front of the pool and it is specialized in grilled fish and meat.
