Le Dune Resort & Spa is located in a splendid position: overlooking the Asinara Gulf, in Northern Sardinia, about one hour drive from Olbia and Alghero and about 40 minutes from the Santa Teresa and Porto Torres ports. This is one of the best equipped resorts in Sardinia, with 484 rooms, 8 restaurants, 5 swimming pools, 6 bars, safe equipped spaces for kids and a host of sports and leisure activities. The hotel, located on private grounds of 120.000 m2, overlooks the coast of Badesi Marina, framed by sand dunes and hills covered by scented junipers, Mediterranean scrub and vineyards.
The long beach stretches for some 8 km, to the beautiful, deserted cliffs of Isola Rossa.

Hotel
The Resort consists of five areas (“I Ginepri” - “Le Palme”- “Le Rocce” - “Le Sabine” 4 Star Superior - “La Duna Bianca ”4 Star Superior) all harmoniously blending into nature. Two areas, I Ginepri and Le Palme, are especially suited to families with children, while the complex of Le Rocce, in a more secluded location, is particularly suited for adults. For both families and adults Le Sabine, around the Wellness Centre. For our most demanding guests, the area La Duna Bianca offers the pleasure of staying a few metres from the sea, with a more exclusive service.
Le Dune offers a catering service meeting all tastes, with a choice of eight restaurants, 6 of which with theme-based menus, one with international menu and the eighth (Romantico), for special dinners, with candle light, and a choice of extra fresh lobster, other specialties and attentive table service.
 
Rooms
Well-designed spaces, comfort and safety in a modern setting, nicely blending in with surrounding nature. The Resort comprises five distinct areas, for a total of 484 rooms built in masonry, arranged on the ground and first floors, all immersed in luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation.
Only one Reception for all the hotels except for “Le Sabine” with his own.

All rooms in the resort have a furnished terrace, en-suite bathroom with shower and hair dryer, air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, direct line telephone and mini bar. Rooms are available by 5.00 pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure. Rooms are divided in the following hotels:

LE PALME (4 Star)
Standard Room: room with double bed or with two twin beds (on request) for two adults and one child under 8 years not already done, sleeping in armchair foldout bed. No charge for child’s cot if requested when booking.

I GINEPRI (4 Star)
Superior room: room with double bed for 2 adults, + 1 child 0/16 years can be accommodated in armchair-bed + 1 child 0/1 year a cot.

Family suite: room with double bed plus a separate living room with two single built-in sofa-beds (or two armchair foldout beds). It accommodates two adults; a third, fourth and fifth person can be added. Spacious, with simple and functional furniture, located close to the main services of the resort.
Family senior suite: like the Family suite but with an extra room with two single beds. Accommodates three adults and up to a further three persons.
On request, and against payment of a supplement, two "Special senior suites" can be booked: they are like the Family senior suites, with more exclusive furniture, 2 TV sets, and towelling robes for the adults.No charge for child’s cot if requested when booking.

LE ROCCE (4 Star)
An especially quiet corner of the Resort with 58 Superior rooms, all with wide verandas with small table, chairs and a lounge bed, facing the swimming pool of the same name. The rooms, swimming pool, restaurant and bar in this area of the Resort are off limits to children under six years. In the rooms, towelling robes for the adults and mini bar; on the beach, reserved area with lounge beds and umbrellas; breakfast by the pool in front of the terrace of restaurant “Il Romantico”, or, against payment of a small supplement, on your room’s veranda.
Superior room: room with double bed for 2 adults. A third person (minimum age: 6 yrs Max 16 yrs) can be accommodated in armchair foldout bed.

LE SABINE (4 Star Superior)
The new area next to the wellness centre called “Le Sabine” is made of an area for adults only and one for couples with an infant. Breakfast will be served on the panoramic terrace of the new restaurant “Il Leccio”. Sun beds and umbrella on the beach.
All rooms are elegantly furnished, have wide verandas and spacious, luxury bathrooms with separate shower box and some with bath tub.
Deluxe: Bedroom with double bed (twin beds only on request) with prestigious furniture. No charge for child’s cot if requested when booking, bathrobe and towels in the room.
Suite: Double bed room + separate lounge with fixed beds or single sofa beds, big bathroom and prestigious furniture, 2 TV. Bathrobes and beach towels provided.

The brand new Beauty Centre Le Sabine “SPA”: Hidden in the sand dunes, “Le Sabine SPA” consist of: 3 outdoor pools filled with heated fresh water (Jacuzzi- relaxing and cervical whirlpool jets as well as hydro-massage beds – “against-the-stream-way”);
Elegant cabins for wellness, beauty treatments and massages; cardio-fitness room; Turkish bath; indoor and outdoor relaxation area; changing rooms, reception.

LA DUNA BIANCA (4 Star Superior)
A few metres from the beach, you will enjoy the fascination of spectacular sunsets and sleep lulled by the scents carried by the sea breeze. You can enjoy your breakfast, at no extra charge, on your room’s terrace or, at your choice, at one of the Resort’s restaurants. Courtesy beach towels and towelling robes in the room, lounge beds and umbrellas on the beach. Guaranteed sea view paying a small extra charge.
Only for adults, free access to the next wellness Centre "Le Sabine SPA" (on reservation with free access to the multi-function outdoor pools, cardio-fitness room, Turkish bath, relaxation area and sun beds).

All rooms are elegantly furnished, have wide verandas and spacious, luxury bathrooms with separate shower box and some with bath tub.
Royal Room 2 - Supplement for sea view. prestigious room with double bed and living area in a single large room for two adults plus one cot (one child aged 0-1).
Royal Room 4 Sea View: like Royal room, but can also accommodate a third and a fourth person in armchair foldout bed (max no. of guests: 4, including baby in cot).
Royal President Room Sea View: especially classy with ample spaces and exclusive furniture, with double bed and living area in a single large room (3rd and 4th person in armchair foldout bed).

Restaurants
The Resort offers: HB formula (with room, breakfast and dinner) and FB formula (with room, breakfast, Mediterranean brunch and dinner).

Breakfast (buffet service 7.30-10.30 am): for guests of Ginepri at the main restaurant “Nautilus” from 07.30 to 10.30 am; for guests of Palme at the “Pomodoro” restaurant from 08.00 to 10.30 am; for guests of Rocce at the “Romantico” restaurant from 08.00 to 10.30 am; for the guests of Sabine at the “Il Leccio” restaurant from 08.00 to 10.30 pm; for guests of La Duna Bianca breakfast is served in the room at no extra charge from 8.00 to 10.30 am or in any of the three Restaurants at their choice. From 07.30 to 08.00 am all guests can use the restaurant that is open.

Dinner (from 7.30 to 10.00 pm). Le Dune offers a vast and appetising choice of food, meeting all tastes and requirements, with choice of different restaurants (booking required for all restaurants, except for the main one, “Nautilus”). Spring water and house wine included (except wine at the “Romantico” restaurant).

Mediterranean Brunch (a few metres from the beach with reservation or at the Nautilus Restaurant). From 12.30 to 2.30 pm, a light lunch that is also a feast for your taste buds: warm pasta buffet, delicious cold dishes with cereals, pulses and vegetables, plus an assortment of salads and fruit. Spring water and house wine included. The brunch does not include the classic fish and meat main courses. Guests planning to go on day trips in Gallura may request Packet lunches or the Brunch Around formula at one of the following 4/5 star Delphina Group resorts: Hotel Relax Torreruja (Isola Rossa); Park Hotel & SPA Cala di Lepre (Palau); Hotel Marinedda Thalasso & SPA (Isola Rossa); Resort Cala di Falco (Cannigione), Resort Valle Dell’Erica (S. Facilities
Reception open round the clock, main credit cards accepted. Internet point (fee payable). Customer service. Beach services in the exclusive area “La Duna Bianca” facing the sea and featuring bars, toilet facilities, showers and children’s nursery. Fantasy Village, a kids’ heaven, covering an area of no less than 10.000 m2, with equipped playground and swimming pool surrounded by luxuriant vegetation, sand dunes and junipers. “Duneland” Castle for smaller kids, with creative workshops, play area, film screening area, padded area, “Peter Pan” restaurant, relaxation room “Pisolo” with cots and milk bottle facility. (The entire structure is in masonry). Amphitheatre - six mateco tennis courts, two of which with night-time lighting - synthetic grass 5-a-side soccer pitch with lighting, basketball court - beach volley - archery - dancing school at the indoors hall “The Temple of dance” in the Palme area. Bus service from/to Badesi, 2 km away, every day (except for Saturdays) according to schedule. Unattended outdoor parking.
At the center of the Resort, in the "Piazzetta dei Ginepri" and in that "dei Fichi", stands the Dune Point, providing info on all activities and scheduled events, and hosting the Diving Centre, a small amusement arcade, the boutiques, and fashion store, usually all open until late evening. The tourist office is also located here, providing info on excursions and car, scooter, boat rental etc. Club Card - Special news 2010! Free of Charge, provides the following services: umbrellas and deck chairs on the beach (on a first come, first served basis), daytime organised activities including sports tournaments, group sailing lessons, activities, windsurfing, archery and tennis, aerobics, guided walks and footing, dance school etc. Evening entertainment with shows in the amphitheatre, dances and live music.Finally, it includes, for 6 days a week: Ambulatory: free visits from 9.30 am to 11.00 am and from 6.00 pm to 7.30 pm. Baby Club: from 18 months to under 4 years of age, from 8.45 am to 6.30 pm; access to the baby club is subject to presentation of a medical certificate stating the child is free from contagious and spreadable diseases, issued no earlier than 3 days before arrival at the resort. “Peter Pan” Restaurant: the assistance of a parent is required for children under three. Milk bottle heating facility: available on request round the clock, including sterilizer, blender and milk bottle heater;
Mini and Junior Club for children aged from 4 to under 13, open from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm. It includes several recreational and sports activities according to the requirements of the various ages and the possibility of leaving the kids in the care of sports instructors also for lunch at the Peter Pan restaurant.

Kids' assistance at the Miniclub bookable locally 18 months – under 6 years, from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm (excluding dinner), by paying €12.00 (per child, per evening). Free assistance for parents booking at restaurant “Il Romantico”.
Bookable locally: children aged 6 – under 13, can be looked after by activity leaders twice a week, from 7.30 pm to 10.00 pm (also at dinner) at no extra charge.
Young Club: catering for teens aged 13 to under 17, it proposes new exciting activities, for the daytime and evening, courses and sports tournaments, just like adults.
The services listed above, available to Club Card holders may vary at the Management’s discretion.

EXTRAS
Wellness Centre "Le Sabine SPA" , stables with horseback excursions, diving, boat charters and sports fishing, rental of scooters, cars, pedalos, inflatable boats, strollers, excursions to the hinterland, the Costa Smeralda and the islands; Physician consultations (out of Ambulatory visiting hours), videogames, bar service, taxis and any other services not listed as included.

At Le Dune you may not use cash for your payments. Payments can only be made by means of a prepaid card (rechargeable at various points in the resort) issued by reception. You will be reimbursed any unused credit on departure. This is a practical, safe payment method, since in case of loss, unlike money, the card can be immediately blocked by reception and remaining credit can be transferred to a new card.

Stroller hire € 20.00 per stay (to be requested when booking). Payment of a security deposit is required on pickup. Opening of facilities and services is at the Management's discretion. Sorry, pets are not allowed.
