The Tupei Resort is located on the South-West part of Sardinia, in the Island of Sant’Antioco. The Resort’s name comes from the village of Tupei, where it is set, just 2 km far from Calasetta. The geographical position is strategic and suggestive: the Resort dominates the village of Calasetta, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, and the Island of San Pietro.
Hotel
Opened on June 2007, the Tupei Resort is a new 3 stars hotel, large approximately 30.000 mq.
Rooms
The Resort has 26 rooms, directly overlooking the pool or the park. Some rooms face the sea and the Island of San Pietro. Furnished in original Sardinian style, the rooms are characteristic for the pale colours, which recall the beach and the crystalline sea of the island. The rooms have an external door which exits in a private veranda. All rooms are equipped with frigobar, hairdryer, safe, direct telephone, TV and air conditioning. Connecting rooms available (on request) and sea view rooms. Two rooms have all special equipment for disabled people.
Restaurant
The Restaurant is made of an elegant dining room with wide windows facing the pool and the sea, where clients can enjoy the famous Tabarchina cuisine, simple and fine dishes taken from the best local recipes, with fresh fish and fresh meat. Vermentino, Carignano and Cannonau wines are produced exclusively for the restaurant, by the winery of Calasetta. Breakfast is served on the main room or on the special veranda, which faces the landscape.
