The Aldiola Country Resort is located on the hills overlooking the Liscia lake, just 20 minutes from the famous Costa Smeralda. The surrounding area is rich in archaeological and naturalistic sites: thousand-year-old olive trees, amazing granite rocks sculpted by wind and water and precious monuments of the nuragic age. Nearby there are the beautiful beaches of Cannigione, Baja Sardinia and Porto Cervo; the towns of Olbia, Tempio Pausania, Arzachena and Palau; the mountains of Supramonte and the Archipelago of La Maddalena with the island of Caprera.
Hotel
located in the lush Mediterranean vegetation, the Aldiola Country Resort is a boutique hotel set in a farm-style building with wooden beams and exposed stone walls. The buildings face the Liscia lake and the breathtaking view beside it. The swimming pool is surrounded by a shaded terrace with sun loungers which invites the guest to relax.
Rooms
Guests stay in independent bungalows, similar to the rural dwellings or "stazzo" traditionally built in the area. The hotel's en-suite bedrooms are decorated with the typical Sardinian style, featuring beautiful pieces of handcraft furniture and locally produced ceramics and textiles. All units have their own independent entrance and a private terrace where to relax and admire an enchanting view of Liscia lake and the surrounding hills.
Restaurant
The Aldiola Restaurant is a traditional Sardinian restaurant with fireplace and large windows overlooking the swimming pool and the lake. It serves local dishes as the traditional suckling pig with myrtle leaves, the regional mushrooms and the typical cheese and salami. The family vineyard offers a delicious wine, but the restaurant offers also the most renowned Sardinian labels.
