Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation by the client, penalty fees will be applied as follows:

• until the 16th day before the clients arrival: NO PENALTY
• from 15th to 8th day before the clients arrival: 50%
• from 7th to 4th day before the clients arrival: 75%
• from 3rd day before the clients arrivalv, no show and early departures: 100%

In case of special packages such as Tour of Sardinia, Drive & Sleep, Excursions or packages in general that require a minimum number of participants, if after the confirmation should lack the minimum number required (due to partial cancellations by one or more participants), F.A.Travel reserves the right to recalculate the price of the package, according to the updated number of participants.

Regarding matters not specifically mentioned above, please refer to the general conditions for the sale of travel package according to the Law N° 1084 of December 27th 1997, ratifying and implementing the International Convention on Travel Contracts, signed in Brussels on April 23rd 1970, and also according to the Consumer Code.
